Busy Week....woohoo

Now that i've had a chance to breathe i can reflect on the busy week i had last week.....the week started with going to work Monday and Tuesday and then boom on Wednesday we decided to go and watch Transformers Age of Extinction, being a crazee Transformers fan i couldn't wait and the fact going on Wednesday meant we only paid for 3 tickets out of 5 (Orange Wednesdays 2 for 1 offer).
I must admit even though the reviews weren't brilliant i loved it 10 out of 10 from me. I was optimistic as Shia Le Bouf was replaced by Mark Wahlberg but have to admit being a fan anyway he was fantastic, the story was a bit draggy but i did enjoy all the action scenes, overall i loved it bring on no 5.

So Friday came fabulous finished early from work at 1pm, went home and the got ready to go out in the evening with a few friends from work for a nice meal at one of my favourite buffet restaurants Feast of India...

I had chilli panner, masala dhosa, aloo tikki, noodles, veg fried balls in garlic sauce, dhaal with rice and naan, it was a fantastic evening with some very special friends, and very much over due night out, i think we get that wrapped up in daily lives we don't think to take time out for ourselves, since having children i always think of them first, and always will but after the much needed night out i think i will try and make more of an effort for myself.

So lets go forward to Saturday i had to work the morning, after i got home the family had planned to go Strawberry picking so we drove to Rugby and picked Starwberrys and Raspberries, we then moved onto Coombe Abbey Park, what a place beautiful especially with family we played football and a game of cricket but with a football instead, the weather couldn't have been any better.
The evening was spent at my mum's where we ordered pizza and relaxed the kids had a water fight.
Sunday we had planned to go to a theme park Wicksteed Park, so that was my week truly jam packed and busy but worth every second....

OMG so much to update you guys on....here we go...

So as you will be aware from my previous posts, this is the year where my goal was to lose weight and tone up.
My better half went back to his homeland for 2 weeks for a family wedding, and my goal was to lose the weight whilst he was away, so i started the 9 day detox, ended up losing nearly 1 stone and 1 whole dress size...boom i was feeling great i also lost a bit extra due to being heartbroken and missing him.
I missed him so much i wouldn't even speak to him when he called, instead i used to get really angry and upset and put the phone down on him.
So after all that i truly appreciated that i should appreciate him like that all the time,
So here  i am again after quite a while, so much has happended, i have been through hell of a rollercoaster, i go swimming no at least 2-3 times a week, absolutely love it i must have been a fish in my last life, my body shape is brilliant although i'm not quite the Victoria's Secret Model yet, but getting there, i had my health check done at work in June as was advised by the professional that the average body fat should be between 20-40 mine was 22 so that is brilliant.

But i'm not fazed i know i can do it.....watch this space, however i did discover a new magic pill the Forever Living Forever Lean tablets...
Provides two revolutionary ingredients that can help reduce the body’s absorption of calories from fat and carbohydrates. A fibre from the prickly pear and a protein derived from white kidney beans, together can help you to succeed in your quest to reach your ideal weight.

So until next time.....
